NARROWAY COLLECTIVE
The law of Yahweh is perfect, reviving the soul. The Torah is not a cage. It is a gift, a covenant instruction that tells the people of Yahweh how to walk in the land, how to treat one another, how to worship, how to rest, and how to move through time with the rhythm of the appointed seasons. Songs that celebrate the Torah rather than treating it as something to be escaped fill a genuine gap in the worship landscape.
"The Torah Will Go Forth" draws from Isaiah's prophecy that the law will go out from Zion and all nations will stream to hear it. This is a Torah song that is also a prophetic vision song, connecting the present reality of the law with the future hope of its global recognition. "Planted By The Water" from the Psalms Project opens with the image of the person who delights in the law of Yahweh day and night.
NARROWAY sings the law as something worth singing about, not as a theological position paper. The songs come from people who actually observe the Torah and find genuine joy in doing so.
